I will speaking today at the Princess Royal Trust for Carers services center South Ayrshire today as part of their carers week activities, David Roxborough who runs the service is kindly picking me up this morning to help me fit this in with the cover I have left for this week, I have met with David before and he is a good man and I look forward to meeting the carers and families he works with and who attend ,I will update more when I return home
